Harvested September 27th, 2022 from Tres Pinos Creek Vineyard, a small parcel a part of the greater Siletto Family Vineyard located in the Cienega Valley. Organically farmed, own rooted, 96% Aglianico and 4% Arneis. This wine was foot-tread and macerated on skins overnight followed by whole cluster direct press, native primary and secondary fermentation in 600L large format cask. Elevage 11 months in 600L neutral oak cask followed by 6 months aging in Stainless Steel. Naturally clarified, bottled unfined and unfiltered.

The 2022 Aglianico is inspired by the famous Clos Cibonne Tibouren and is essentially white winemaking methodology applied to red fruit. The color for this wine results in a peach hue that has full texture and firm acidity. White Peach, Orange Blossoms, Campari, Tangerine Zest.
